2. Services Description
Algovisia offers professional services in web design, web application development, and graphic & logo design. Any new features or tools added to the current services shall also be subject to these Terms.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise stated, all intellectual property rights for custom-designed assets, software code, and deliverables developed during the course of service belong to the client upon full payment. The baseline tools, templates, or open-source software utilized remain the property of their respective owners.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to provide timely feedback, assets, and necessary access to systems to facilitate project progress. Algovisia is not responsible for project delays arising from lack of client communication or resources.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Algovisia be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our deliverables, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption.
6. Governing Law
These terms and any dispute arising from the use of our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
